A cat tree is a quality investment if you’ve got a cat of your own, particularly if it is in an inside only cat. Moggies basically are wired to jump, climb, scratch and hunt. They like small spaces such as boxes and bags and are intensely flexible and in a position to balance in the most precarious of spaces. Put your friend in another room and hide a little catnip in one of the holes, put your cat back in the same room and watch her go funny making an attempt to locate their favourite scent.
Some owners prefer not to declaw their indoor cats and many cat trees are equipped with a scratching post for these felines, keeping them away from furniture and carpet. Even if your cat is declawed, they may continue to scratch due to instinct and a cat tree and they’ll likely enjoy having their own scratching post.
Cats like all species are born with instincts. Figuring out a way to incorporate those instincts into your house will make both you and your pet happier and more fit.
